Her path in nurturing the mental health of kids, teens and adults, alongside her distinguished contribution to education and youth theatre, supports the growth, confidence and authenticity of those who dare to lead with the heart.

Elise has an unwavering commitment to enrich the wellbeing, educational journeys, and creative spirits of the young and the young-at-heart. Driven by knowledge of the mind-body connection and the transformative power of creativity, she seeks innovation in the intersecting worlds of mental health and expressive arts.

Elise's work is informed by her own colourful journey, her multifaceted expertise and compassionate approach. Her work across various demographics is underpinned by a dedication to lifelong learning and a person-centred philosophy that cherishes the inherent value in each individual.

Outside the realms of therapy and education, Elise is a seeker of joy and wonder – marvelling at the moon and celebrating the magic of the seasons, reading and listening to thought-provoking leaders , and embracing the laughs and challenges of raising two vibrant boys in a neurodiverse household.
